2.5 Hour Training

On completion of this workshop staff will:

  • Understand mental health, stress, burnout and mental distress
  • Know how to have a conversation with a colleague they are concerned about
  • Be able to put a support plan in place to support staff to flourish 
  • Understand what will make an impact to improve overall wellbeing in the team

Family Violence in the Workplace

2.5 Hour Training

  • Understand the dynamics of family violence and how this impacts staff in the workplace.
  • Feel confident having a conversation with a colleague they are concerned about.
  • Understand what support they can offer to assist the staff member
  • Look as a community how they can prevent family violence

Understanding & Preventing Sexual Harassment

2.5 Hour Training

  • Understanding sexual harassment
  • Feel confident in being an active bystander if they see harassment taking place
  • Feel confident having a one on one conversation with parties concerned and where to go for support
  • Follow best practices guidelines for managing a complaint of sexual harassment
  • Look at as a workplace what can be put in place to prevent Sexual Harassment

About Kylie Ryan – Wellbeing Advisor

Kylie Ryan has over 20 years’ experience in workplace training and facilitation. Kylie has been the wellbeing advisor to The University of Auckland, and The Bank of New Zealand, and worked with New Zealand organisations such as NZ Police, DARE Foundation New Zealand, Auckland, Waitemata and Waikato District Health Board, and Rape Prevention Education.
